Summary: I like this camera that I recommended one for my colleague, despite that I have a Professional camcorder and I know about its work, yet I still like the video quality of the Panasonic SDR- H85.
Summary: i am very pleased with my video camera,it works realy well and it takes great pictures.i only wish it could have come with a manual.i do recomend others to one. i love, love, love the extent of it's lenses and that was one of the main reasons that i got it.thank you.
Summary: Bought this for my 8th grader's video production class, on the recommendation of the teacher. PROS: --Pretty good value. The teacher wanted the kids to use HDD camcorders, and did specifically request that we not buy the HD-quality video models. The larger file sizes would strain the school's desktop computers. --Light, portable, small profile fits great in students' hands and backpacks. CONS: --None observed so far.
Summary: Easy to use, compact and with the Hard Drive, convenient since you don't have to worry about memory. It takes decent video and the ability to shoot a still frame while filming is nice. I won't pretend it's the best out there and I'm not an expert on video or photography to tell you the subtle differences to buy this over another camera. But it works well enough for recording our twins moves close up and far away and it was affordable.
Summary: I was skeptical at first, such a cheap price for a video camera with so many features. The only downside is filming in low light but other then that Panasonic has created yet again, an affordable, full featured product with consumer economics in mind.
Summary: I love this camcorder. It has a great resolution, is easy to operate, and is very light weight and compact. The only downfall that I can find is that it doesn't have a light. But other than that, I love it an highly recomend it to others. The zoom is also a great aspect of this model.
