Excerpt: Great size which fits snugly and easily in your hand allowing free movement. Recording quality is clear and sharp although editing through the built in features is problematical and a bespoke / professional AV package offers much better results. Sound is adequate and meets expectations.
Pros: Nice size and almost a very good unit
Cons: Built in design flaw and manufacturer arrogance

Summary: I have had this camera for 2 years and have appreciated its ease of use and features - e.g. audio dubbing to replace or add to an original soundtrack. Unfortunately it does not perform well in very low light and the microphone picks up a lot of wind noise.
Summary: Had this camcorder for a few years now. Served me really well and was impressed until recently. Had almost exact problems as described above - disc cage would open itself prompting a 'press reset button alert' and the mechanism started chewing tape.
