Summary: I wanted this camera to take into the sea mainly so I could film my friends surfing, so far its taken a very good battering from the Atlantic waves and made it out perfectly. I was so pleased with the pictures and the films with the sound quality were really good. Slight disadvantage as you would expect with a camera that when the sun came out (doesn't happen too often anyway) the lens got misted up, but a few minutes back under the cold waves cleared this so didn't stop...
Summary: Decided to go for a pocket camera instead of an optical zoom cam, this means the zoom is limited but the fact you can put it on a belt cam case and forget your carrying it, far out weighs this only limitation. The editing function is a dream, I filmed a sunset of nearly 10 mins of boring footage and was later able to delete chuncs out to make a 2 min film. The led light was used to film inside a bird box briefly using the tripod as a handle to reach the hole.
Summary: For the price paid this is excellent but then I didn't expect a top of the range camera for £120. To take on a family holiday it is ideal and we got some nice shots with it and didn't have to worry if it fell in the pool or sand
Summary: If your like me not want to use up all the memory on your phone memory etc, this pocket video recorder is ideal, ok it a little larger than i expected, however the recordings are excellent, you can shoot video, stills and even use it as a voice recorder plus its waterproof and shock proof! for what i wanted it for it is perfect highly reconmended!
Summary: We bought this on our way to New York, as one of our party had forgotten their camera. We also had some Fujis's with us. Since getting back, the stills & movies from the Panasonic are excellent. We swapped cameras each day between the 4 of us and the different takes & perspectives are really very interesting. Most of our favourites were taken with the Panasonic camera.
Don't believe all you read, this little thing is great

Summary: OK, I hope this review proves to be useful for others thinking of buying this Handheld Camcorder. I did a lot of research before I bought one. Their are mixed reviews, all I can say is that I have been impressed..a lot. Picture quality is exceptionally good for a video camera that basically is the size of a smart phone and weighs next to nothing, 100 grams give a take a few.
Summary: Good quality images, both still and moving from this little marvel. Only downside is that it will only record in portrait orientation, so there's no point turning the camera sideways to take landscape format scenes.
Summary: Very easy to use as a camcorder and a camera. Survived a day at the beach and a lively night in a club where it was dropped several times. Easy to upload to Mac computer. Great product would recommend. Brilliant service from Magicdiscounts too - thank you.
Summary: I have a Panasonic photo camera that delivers excellent quality pictures. When I was shopping for a compact video camera one of the choices would be Panasonic. However I wasn't impressed with what I read about the HM-TA1. So I was looking into the Kodak series and Flip. Then I heard about the Panasonic HM-TA20 and decided to wait until it would arrive. When I saw the specs and the price on Amazon I decided to order it. Since it arrived it hasn't left my person.
