Great at first, but unreliable and terrible warranty support

Summary: We purchased this camcorder at Christmas present looking forward to planned summer trips to California and Kenya. It sat in the box (we have other cameras) until July and then came for the big trip.
Summary: This is the first digital camcorder I have owned and I just bought a new one and am getting this ready for the trash. My vacation videos were ruined as I was "panning too fast" apparently and most of the video I shot was not saved.
Summary: I bought this camcorder for my vacation in China but it came out to be a total disappointment. After a few uses, the sound became distorted and then turned into total noise after a few more seconds. The picture is OK though. Therefore I could only use it as a camera.
Summary: We received this camera just in time for our daughter's graduation and then within a week it was broken and off to repair. The product itself feels a bit "plastic-y" and not so solid. Very disappointing.
Summary: I bought this because of the great reviews, but please... do not listen to them... if you ask me... they were written by the company itself... in order to encourage people to buy it... this thing is NOT full HD... also... the picture mode is HORRIBLE... my 50$ metroPCS phone takes better pictures...
Summary: I've had a bad experience with this camcorder and with Panasonic Customer Service and Warranty. This camcorder stopped working after about 5 hours of total use. It happened 9 months after I had purchased it. This camcorder only has a parts warranty for 1 year but labor is only for 90 days.
Summary: may shell out some more cash and get a Canon VIXIA HF R200 Full HD Camcorder with Dual SDXC Card Slots
Pros: this camcorder have a very good zoom
Cons: the picture quality is extremely low although it's claim to be 1080p but when you connect to the TV is have pixel all over the picture. the only time you get a good picture is when you record in bright sunlight in the middle of the summer. don't mention record in door it not possible to see the s...
Summary: Ich kann vom Kauf nur abraten. Einen Monat nach Ablauf der Garantie fällt das Display aus. Von Amazon heißt es nur: Wir können da nichts machen. Pech gehabt also. Und dafür habe ich knapp 300 Euro bezahlt. Lohnt sich nicht.
