Summary: I wish I had bought a video camera sooner. This camera is so easy to use, I am very happy with it. I was afraid of my hand shaking and ruining the picture quality, but that is not a problem at all. Excellent picture quality.
Pros: Easy to Use, Good Image Stabilization, Good in Low Light, Great Picture Quality, Great Sound, Great Zoom, Large Clear LCD, Zoom range/performance
Pros: I've had this product for about 3 months. The video quality is very solid, the LED flash and light work very well, the audio is great. It is very lightweight, attractive, and has a good price tag.
Cons: Still pictures could be a little better. Although, it does nice macro shots.
"Almost Perfect Consumer HD Camcorder with few flaws"
3 June 2010
Pros: excellent video quality, lightweight & compact, excellent digital stills, capture digital still while recording video, built-in flash for stills & LED light for recording video, face recognition & saved face detection, 25x Optical zoom, Insta
Cons: low-light video quality is still not great but better than models of recent years, over-compensates for color correction when shooting in intelligent auto-mode indoors w/poor lighting, 2-channel stereo audio, no included mini-HDMI to HDMI cable
Summary: Have been using this camera now for a number of years, since purchasing it. Super quality, easy to use, compact and very transportable. Film codec not recognised by all software in the beginning but these days the choice is much bigger and accesable. Love it to bits.
Summary: I was bought this as a birthday present by my husband. He is an electronic engineer and I always know any electronic product purchased by him is going to be very carefully researched, to be the best available for our needs within our price-range. Overall, the camcorder looks small and stylish and is very easy to use. The video quality is absolutely outstanding for a handheld camcorder.
Summary: Just before Lottie was born I wanted a video camera to capture all those special moments. I chose this Panasonic HDC SD60 because we had read some brilliant reviews and the price was just about right. Let's talk about the camera beforeI tell you how I have got on with it. Features - A standard list for you: Full 1080 HD recording 35 X zoom Power Optical Image Stabilisation 35.7 mm lens Rotatable flip screen Touch screen SDHC/SD Memory card reader 5.0 megapixels...
Summary: I picked my SD60 up for £230 from a clearance sale at dixons. So a bargin for me. The camera is great quality and the footage is excellent. Dont be put off by the fact it records at 1080i and not 1080p. This initially put me off but after reading numerous reviews i bit the bullet and bought one.
Summary: I bought this camera just after Christmas having got completely fed-up with my old one because it was a) slow and b) didn't have wide screen. I did a lot of internet research and discovered this was recommended as the best camera out there in my price range. It falls between the £200 - £300 price mark. So I played about with it (my sister also has one) and then decided to buy one. I have to say that at first I was sceptical.
Pros: Very quick to turn on. Tells you when you go wrong.
