Good while it worked.. but Panasonics Warranty SUCKS!!

Summary: We bought a Panasonic HD camcorder around 4 months ago so that my parents could record my graduation.. Unfortunately, it stopped working when we tried to watch my graduation a month ago! I contacted Panasonic and they want to charge me approximately 120 dollars to fix it even though it is less than a year old (and still under warranty) for labor. What kind of company charges you for labor under a warranty repair?
Summary: I'm not the kind of reviewer that usually rates a product by the level (or lack) of support by the product manufacturer, but this time I'm going to make an exception. Panasonic Support absolutely STINKS for this HS 700k camcorder. And I'd ask you to take that into consideration before buying one. This rating would be ZERO STARS if Amazon would permit it. The product itself is not too bad.
