Summary: This is a good unit. First impression is how small it is, about the size of those mini 8oz soda cans. It has a bright screen and controls are fairy intuitive. The video and frame shot pictures look good. The formatting is a bit strange and set up will take a few minutes.
Summary: I bought this camcorder to get some candid videos at my wedding. It did its job, and it did it well. The video is clear and the audio is excellent, even without tweaking it in video editing software.
Summary: As are all Panasonic products, this is a quality camera. Small and handy to use with top level picture production. Transferring material to a P.C. can be a hassle at times, but it works well connected to most T.V's
Summary: There are other camcorders that cost more and have similar/more features than this particular model. I mainly used it for vacation filming on beaches and in well lit areas. Unsure of how it works in low light since I have yet to use it in that capacity, but in natural light and artificial light it...
Summary: Had SOFTWARE PROBLEM ON 3 DIFFERENT COMPUTERS. Windows 7.1 on 2 desktops and Vista on the laptop. Called Pana tech and got some poor English speaking idiot that after 15 min. Told me he couldn't help. Had the cam ready to send back and drank a few and got calmed down. Got it working 2 hrs. later.
Summary: Great little camera, easy to useand great picture quality. I would recommend this to any casual user who wants an easy to use and view camera. Images loaded directly to my windows 8 pc without loading the included software.
Summary: I'll go ahead and list the cons first: - No audio input (you can't attach an external mic.) - The built in mic adds quite a bit of white noise - Because it's 1080i rather than 1080p there's quite a bit of blur and some sluggishness on fast moving objects.
Summary: Got this so my children could use one to record the family trips to various places we go. It has worked well so far and has been easy for them to use. We like it and I like the product it produced.
