Summary: I was shopping for an affordable camcorder and really lucked out by winning this auction. I was able to print an owner's manual online and took it to n event that I easily filmed just days after receiving.
Summary: THIS WAS A XMAS GIFT FOR MY SON IT WAS A GREAT SIZE FOR HIM TO BE ABLE TO STORE AND TAKE CARE OF! IT WORKS GREAT AND RECORDS RIGHT TO DVD (NOT THOSE GAUDY VCR OR MINI CASSETTES ETC) IT IS,ALSO GREAT FOR STORAGE AND OF COURSE THE PRICE WAS QUITE REASONABLE AS WELL AS A SMALL FRACTION OF WHAT IT WOULD HAVE COST NEW & OR FROM OTHER VENDORS ETC!
Summary: nice camera very good. recommend for international Bayer's too i am one of them. every thing work fine. but this hasn't the PC connection. so only play the records with the TV. this is a problem.
Summary: We were going to purchase a hand held video camera because we are going on a cruise next May, so we did some looking and pricing in town and the ones we saw were pretty expensive. So I decided to shop on E-Bay to see what I could find. I found this one, a Panasonic, which the name is pretty reputable, so I decided to bid on it. After I got it, it took awhile to find the disc to go in it, but finally found some locally.
Summary: The Panasonic DVD Palmcorder Camcorder VDR-M53 is a 3" DVD-RAM and 3" DVD-R-based, ultra-compact camcorder. If you're a beginner like me, at least for a DVD Camcorders -- then this is a good one for you. This was a definite improvement from my old Sony Hi-8 Camcorder... So light weight, compact and good quality. Of course like any other new technologies, you need to read instructions, fiddle with it and keep using it until you are comfortable.
Summary: Purchased this Tuesday from another store since I needed it before it could be delivered. I completely agree with the previous reviewer on the ease of use of this camcorder. The battery charged in less than an hour and I was ready to go, except I failed to notice they did not include a DVD-R disc. :( So, I had to wait but was not disappointed. I was able to format the disc while using the battery, not the A/C adapter like the previous user, and it took all of 5 seconds.
