Summary: The pictures on this camera are not first class quality. They appear blurry not clear at all, must be well lighted area not good indoor pictures a out door camera. This would be ideal for a child to take pictures.
Summary: I received this as a gift, and it's something we've used as a family, but it's also a product which has been bypassed by other technology. People seem to have high-end HD videocameras these days, or they use their cell phones or tablets.
Summary: Very good small size but cheaper plastic than others. Battery doesnt last too long. Picture quality is on the poor side although sound is average. For the price paid its ok and I wont feel terrible if the kids break it. Good to have in the purse.
Summary: I was very excited buying this for my 9 year old's birthday. He's become very fascinated with taking pictures and videos or his siblings, pets, etc. This seemed like a good price (was much lower when I bought it) and very basic which fit his needs perfectly.
Summary: Pros: The camera is very simple and easy to use. I love that its waterproof and rugged (this thing flew off my mountain bike at 25mph+ and bounced down the hill with NO damage). It is very small and lightweight making it no problem to carry in a pocket.
Summary: I only ordered this item because it was on sale for $29.99. I'm glad I didn't pay more, because the picture quality is less than ideal. It produces very grainy video. I love that it has an underwater feature, and that is handy.
Summary: I picked this up at the GOLD box price on a whim. Wasn't expecting a lot, and didn't get a lot. As other have said, with no tripod option and no stablilazation, motion and still pics tend to be blurry. Included documentation is barely adequate. Online docs are not much better.
Summary: First of all, you have to have a realistic expectation. This is a $30 VGA camcorder. Don't expect some high quality video coming out form this thing. I bought mainly because it's cheap, waterproof, and small size. This will never be my primary camcorder.
