  • Transcoding Software as Crippleware alternative?

    I recently started to set up my own copy of the GZ-HD6 but the fun came to a sudden halt when trying to load the bundled Cyberlink software. For some reason, only the audio recording feature was active, all the rest being greyed out pending the entry of a CD-Key code. None came with my package. Contacting JVC tech help refused to provide codes and said to contact Cyberlink instead. Are there any open source transcoders that can convert the JVC formats of TOD and MTS to MPEG? Thanks in advance.
