    I've already had this camera for 4years and i simply love it. Very user friendly to capture video. I do recomend you get video edit software in order to edit your videos if you want to export them to dvd or upload them to the internet. Read more

    Even though this unit is refurbished you would be hard pressed to tell, it practically looks brand new. I basically wanted a good day time video hd camera at a good price . if you want video samples there are great ones on you tube. A comparable unit from other manufacturers would cost you 3 times as much. especially with a hard drive.true this is not true 1080 p but it is suffiecent for the basic or intermediate user .     • battery only lasts for 1 hour(but you can get one after market which will last 3 hours), average low light recording quality, only 10 x zoom. poor editing software

For additional storage, buyers have the opportunity to use the SD card expansion slot. The JVC GZ HD7 comes with a 2.8in TFT LCD display.

Marked improvements will be seen in the succeeding JVC GZ HD10, some of which include an enhanced optical stabilizer and a built-in ND filter. Optical resolution for both video and camera will be increased, with the latter going up to at least 10 megapixels. One additional enhancement of the JVC GZ HD10 will include a longer battery life.
