Summary: I was looking at helmet cams for about a year before i decided on this small great cam. I am turned off by Go Pro, no LCD screen, no 5x zoom and hate the box look of thier product. The jvc just nestles in the plam of your hand and has a solid feel about it. It is my first cam and use it on my ( KLR650 )motorcycle helmet on the mountain roads where i live in the sierra's.
Small, afforadable, and does what you want from an action cam.

Summary: Nice little gadget. Easy to set up. Accessories are easy and cheap on ebay, rather than some products that force you to only buy theirs. Only downside is the buttons can be a bit irritating as they are made of rubber probably to withstand rougher handling. I bought a 32GB SD card, and it works great! Overall pleased with this product.
Summary: Works great. Lots of recording options. Easy to use menu. I read the reviews and updated the firmware first, then downloaded the apps from Apple App Store and it works great with the iPad and iPhone. Video quality is very good but not as good as full size camcorders. The Apple App could use more remote functions.
Summary: Ok, most of us know that GoPro rules the world of action cams at the moment. After doing some research I came down to three cameras that I thought were the only decent ones and that was the GoPro (Hero2 or Hero3), the Sony AS15 and the JVC Adixxion. Being a professional videographer by trade I know what to look for in a camera.
Summary: I have been looking for a helmet camera for quite some time to use while I've been playing polo. I looked at the go pro cameras for quite some time, however, the current models that I came across on Amazon.com the hero3 very dismal reviews at just a little over three stars. I initially saw the JVC camera at Best Buy while shopping and I came home and looked on Amazon to find more information.
Summary: If you have been eyeing a GoPro but held off due to the cost, this is your answer. The video quality is on par with the GoPro and the JVC Adixxion is very user friendly. I chose this over the GoPro because it seems to have the edge with lighting transitions and exposes for the highlights a little better than the GoPro. It has met and in many cases exeeded my expectations.
Built-In Features make Adixxion Best ActionCam Value

Summary: I wanted to compare this simplest of action cams with the GoPro I used last year, because lots of GoPro's features rely on expensive--and somewhat complicated--accessories. I must say that without having to mess with housings you can be ready to shoot in a 3rd the time--other pros: LCD built in, ease of menu, and everyone else's favorite, built-in WiFi.
Summary: It's what you'd expect. A great cheap pov camera that comes with everything you need. My only downfall is the goggle strap didn't work very well at high speeds while snowboarding, and when mounted on the handlebars of my mtn bike the video was destroyed by the vibrations. On my street motorcycle it took very good video, i just mounted it in an bad spot to take anything from in. Extremely easy to use without reading the pamphlet.
Summary: I love this little camera. I bought it to go snorkeling on our honeymoon. I used it on my mountainbike rides as well. The sound is great. The picture on a computer or tv is as good as any gopro. It comes with more "factory" options that you have ti buy as an accessory on the gopro and i realy like how it is less intrusive as well. The shape feels smaller when using it.
