Summary: Completely incompatible with Windows 7. Pretty ridiculous that JVC doesn't support a three year old product. I'm thinking about taking a dump in the box, sending it back to JVC, and responding to their complaints by saying I couldn't tell fecal matter from the hunk of crap they sold me.
Summary: I bought this camcorder to use at dog show's and for vacation's. I've used it a few time's since I've bought it and I'm very happy with it. It's very easy to use, take's great footage, sound is good. This certainly serves the purpose to what I wanted it for.
Summary: I ordered the JVC Everio GZ-MS130AU Camcorder to replace an identical camera that was stolen from me so this is a repeat purchase! So glad to have replaced it. It is so lightweight and compact I carry it with me everywhere. I love that it takes video AND still images.
Summary: The Everio GZ-MS130 as a video camera is a good camera, a photo camera it is not. Every photo comes out non-focused with motion blur lines. I am not to sad as it was purchased as a video camera and not a photo camera, but it would be nice to not have to lug both devices around.
Summary: My main reason for purchasing this camera was to capture good quality video while using a green screen. I wanted a camera that would supply a strong focus while giving me good color balances. So far I have not been disappointed.
Summary: this camcorder came from A BEST BUY OUTLET NICE VIDEO BUT LOUSY SOUND .,I'VE HEARD BETTER USING TWO TIN CANS AND A STRING I ALSO PURCHASED A BEST BUY STORE BRAND (Insignia NS-DV1080P 5MP HD Digital Camcorder w/ 3in LCD ) AND IS WAY BETTER SOUND AND BETTER PRICE. SURPRIZE! SURPRIZE! SURPRIZE!
Summary: I have had mine for a month or so. I like it for the most part. I wish it had an "optical" view finder, but few Camcorders do these days. I am also very shaky because of arthritis, so its taking me a while to "learn" how to handle this camera.
