Best versatile camera for the money out there today1

Summary: I love this camera! Best video camera I have ever owned. Besides the bad low light recording (in most cameras)this camera is easy to use, and has great picture quality as well as video recording quality. Big bonus in the external mic port which allows you to use an external microphone for recording excellent sound.
Summary: Quality is good, battery also good if you get the more hours. The only minus of this JVC is, there was not for Mac User. JVC did not make any software for Mac. So i have to convert everything from my PC than i brought the files to my mac for editing purpose.
Summary: Great product. I love it and would recommend it to anyone interested in purchasing such a device. The only thing I find to be harder to use about this particular model, is it is missing the anti-shake feature most other video cameras have. I use it with a tri-pod most of the time, so it's not much of a problem.
Summary: I love this camera...the one complaint is that JVC and Mac do not like each other, so I had to buy a program to read the video files on my Mac. Other than that...it shoots great pictures and has a lot of cool features!!

Pros: Very good color saturation due to 3ccds (prefer them to sonys cmos sensors). A multitude of connectors including hdmi. Found it easy to transfer the .tod files to my vista workstation and edit in hd with edius neo. It produced beatiful ,crisp videos.
Cons: Dont care for the feature that turns camera off when lcd is shut. Auto-focus is a bit slower than id like. Would recommend using the manual settings as opposed to leaving it in auto.
