Summary: I recently bought the hero 3+ and really like it. This kit deserves 1 star because the sd card is not fast enough for the camera. Most of the time it will be fine but if you use it with the highest quality video settings or pro tune, it will not handle the data correctly. Summary: Right out of the box it was inop. Had to send it back to GoPro. They were good about replacing it but been without the camera while they check the bad one first before sending me a new one. No need for that just gety a new camera that works.
Summary: Nothing came on time or together. Seller sent a extra small camera case not a SLR size bag like shown. Memory card is not compatible with the GoPro (a high speed 10 is needed and this includes a 2). I do not recommend. Buy everything individually.

Summary: I was very excited after reading the reviews of the Black Edition but found the product and especially GoPro service to be terrible. I purchased this product on Amazon and after 28 days, still did not have the camera working. After calling GoPro they first told me I likely had a bad SD card... after which I went out and purchased one off of their approved list. This did not get the camera working.
Camera freezes constantly - no available information on how to fix

Summary: I bought the GoPro for my trip to Europe and Southeast Asia. About halfway through the UK trip, the camera started freezing up rendering it useless. The camera boots up properly, but doesn't move through the menu and you cannot record. I've scoured the forums looking for other ways to solve the problem and have updated the firmware to the latest version. It's terribly upsetting that such an expensive product would be so faulty.
The camera froze two weeks after I got it...this review is for both the camera and customer service experience.

Summary: This review is being written for both the camera and subsequent customer service experience when the camera froze. Unfortunately, the abysmal customer service experience is driving the rating for this review. The good: The camera takes great still photos and video. It looks amazing on a hi-definition television. The camera is easy to use and setup. Changing settings in the Go Pro app is a very nice touch as well. The bad: I received the camera on December 31 2013.
Summary: I bought this camera figuring i would by the most expensive gopro to eliminate any issues, boy was i wrong It has never worked!!!! It is constantly locking up (where you have to pull out the batery to shut it down) or it just shuts off by itself, bought the most expensive gopro recommended micro sd card, no help there.
Summary: I ordered this packet and in place of one 64 Gb microSD I received 2 x 32 Gb microSD., I didn't received the Adapter and High Speed Memory Card Reader is different .... I don't recommend to buy this ...
