Summary: Unit kept failing. Didn't hold a charge and overall. Would freeze. Removed battery. Upgraded firmware to no avail. Sent unit back. Buyer beware. Go Pro makes great ads and promo videos, but their quality is poor.
Summary: GoPro doesn't deserve any stars as to me rating their product!!! Due to GoPro's extremely poor customer service, I have returned both the Silver and Black edition...GoPro really needs to work on their customer service.
Summary: I was told by gopro that these mounts were bomer and they never come off. Lost my skiing along with HUNDREDS of other people this winter. I called the lost and found and they said that they have several people loose them every day at snowbird. don't tust this on your helmet.
Summary: Hero GoPro Motorsport Don't buy it! The case is really weak and scratches easily if you use it on your car or motorcycle. Customer service is horrible. Very stuck up and don't offer any help. Also during normal transfer to your computer I have lost several films because it just crashed. Stay away.

Summary: I rec'd my camera & it was dead on arrival. Gopro wanted to argue that it was me buying a poor quality SD card yet i bought it from them WITH the camera. After a few weeks of asking for a replacement i had to pay the shipping back to them (like gopro selling a non working camera was my fault).
Summary: I've just returned from a tour of the Hawaiian island of Maui with the Hero mounted on my motorcycle helmet, and I *thought* I was taking video images of my fantastic rides on that island's rugged south coast, up to the volcano, and elsewhere.
Summary: The GoPro I received froze up frequently which was very frustrating when I was skiing since I had to remove the battery every time this happened. It was entirely unreliable so I returned it to amazon and got a full refund. I haven't decided whether or not I will buy another one.
