Summary: I took this camera everywhere. It wasn't difficult to use. Takes pics and videos. The only down was that it took forever to load videos. I wouldn't recommend taking videos longer than 3-4 minutes. I don't use it anymore because I messed it up by leaving it in too hot of a place, but it was a nice little camera.
Summary: I have been using two of these cameras for the past year of so. They have been taken to at least five countries in Asia, sent through literally dozens of security scanners in airports and hotels, dropped, and had heavy object fall on them. The result = zero impact on the machines’ functionality! HDMI feeds to very large (i.e., 50-70 inch) LED TVs are absolutely stunning in the video domain and very good in the mono-audio domain (using the native 1080p HD format).
Summary: I love this little thing! I bought it for taking videos not really for its waterproofness or shockproofness, but I have found that very useful. I've taken this little thing rock climbing, zip-lining, horseback riding, hiking under waterfalls and it has been fantastic. The videos are always high quality and I don't have to worry about damaging it so I have been able to get amazing shots and pictures.
Summary: Bought this item for my daughter who is eight years old. She loves to do videos of her monster high dolls. She can operate it without problems. This was the best gift she received for Christmas, absolutely loves it.
