Summary: I am not happy with the product. I ordered the white color, the seller gave me blue. And take note, the box looks old and the seal was opened, that's why the seller just put a tape on it. So far it's working, I don't know yet for how long since it's only day 1.

Summary: I am very unhappy with my camera. I bought this item used, thinking taht the seller wold be honest. Not so... This camera worked fine for only 2 months. After that, it started to shut down by itself, and becoming hard to switch on. Otherwise it could have been a great camera. Too bad, the quality bench let it pass if there was one... or maybe the seller did not even bother testing it before? Make sure to read the seller reviews before buying from them.
Watch out - this is a disposable after 12 month warranty.

Summary: Mino will not repair/replace camera after 12 months. They do not (no longer) offer any credit toward replacement either. Mine was lightly used, died without a whimper and per Mino they do not have any repair centers. The unit is "defective" and it's just "too bad" and they are "really sorry". I agree - this is a very sorry response.
Summary: Does a decent job of shooting basic videos. My biggest gripe is the Zoom feature is poor and limited. volume settings are also not high...other than that, it is easy to use and very handy update Feb 2012 Died after a few months of use...no wonder Cisco closed this line.,..
Summary: We had borrowed a flip cam and loved it! We bought one and it stopped working within a couple months. Another was given to us as a gift and it broke about 6 months later. We loved it when they worked, but so frustrated that they keep breaking down!
Summary: Flip is a fine compact decent quality video camera, that is, until it dies. And when it dies, it is dead in the water. Done, Kaput, Useless. 150 Bucks down the drain. Tried the reset, tried charging, tried everything to no avail. Waste of time and money. Do not buy the Flip.
Summary: This is the worst product I have ever purchased! I purchased 3 of a few weeks apart because I was happy with the first one for it's compact design and quality of video for basic home videos. Everything soon went terrible. After just a few months of use all three product died. I went to the support site of the company and found instructions on how to do a hard reset.
Summary: Flip died after three months. Worked great until then. Awesome concept. Easy to take videos. BUT THEN IT DIED!!! I tried ALL of the tricks to fix it...STILL DEAD. Don't waste your money. Buy a digital camera that takes hd videos like the Canon PowerShot SD780IS 12.1 MP. It's only $70 and won't die after just three months and takes video in HD!
