Summary: Before you buy this product you should know that it only has a 3 month warranty. If anything happens after this period, even if it has only been used a couple of times and you have owned it for 5 months, they can't fix it and you can't even pay to have it fixed. My problem is the fact that the screen freezes and the buttons don't work. The only way to turn it off is to take out the batteries. Their customer service was of no help.
Summary: I purchased this camera a while back and worked great at first. I loved how easy it was to use and really easy to upload videos (although the settings for my computer would change to basic). I used it a fair bit but after about 6 months the videos I shot were jumpy and missed out frames. I would then charge it as normal, but when I went to use the camera, it would only have about 2 minutes battery life in it.

Summary: The battery doesn't recharge properly. This problem is documented all over the internet. Flip need to come clean and address this issue rather than fob people off with 're-set' instructions. Not good. One star for bad customer service. It would have been 5 if it had not had this issue.
