Summary: It was working great for 3 weeks and then it just died, thankfully i was still in the 30 days so I could return it but it was so strange. I was charging the camera, both indicator lights came on as both green & red. It blinked funny and then wouldn't turn on.
Summary: The camera itself is pretty nice, would have gotten 3 or 4 stars. Very basic, but its easy to use and the videos are decent. It's annoying though that you have to connect it to a computer to change settings. But for $100, it's a great buy. My issues...
No Way to Contact the Company for Customer Support
Kathryn Clark, Amazon
25 February 2014
Summary: Yes, they have online customer support with questions and answers, but if you need help, there's no way to contact them. They indicate that you can email them, but after filling out the form, which was fine, except that I literally had to get a magnifying glass to read my serial number in order to...
Summary: The online support to use the camera properly is not user friendly. Apparently, the company has gone out of business. Out of the box, the camera needs updated, a manual is available only on line and to adjust the camera requires online functions. None of the above works.
Summary: Camera worked fine for 3 weeks, Than completely dead. Contour co. out of businesses, and no support. I loved the camera and purchased different mounts for it,too bad it stop working. Amazon refunded my money (Thank god I still had time).
Summary: Worst product I ever bought at amazon. It came defective, and contour never responded my emals (support). Camera beeps constantly and cuts the videos after 10 seconds. Their website is a mess, I've tried to download Storyteller for my Mac a number of times and the site won't work.
