Summary: Great camera in the beginning. during the 3 months, the laser guide stop working, and battery status fail to work. I also notice that the time stamp is running 30 mins slower in ever 2 hours. after 24 hours, you see it's 6 hrs behind.
Summary: This camera has to have the storyteller software. You have to use the software to change the camera's settings. They have changed the firmware to make it harder to change settings by simple text/line editing (although this is an option if your camera has the older firmware).
Summary: I ended up returning this for poor quality video, and lack of any control. I now use a cheap Canon P+S when I want a tiny camera for video. I think the cheap Canon video looks better. I did like the housing design, but again I did not like the video, and this is a video camera.
Summary: Amazon had this camcorder at a special price, and after closely checking the reviews, I decided to go for it. The main issue with the low reviews was a problem with sound not being captured during recording.
Summary: I recently purchased this camera and was very excited to use it while running. Its a cool looking piece of kit and looks far better than the chunky Go Pro's. However, I quickly found that there's a problem with the audio.
Summary: so out of the box the camera was fairly easy to use. It took some guessing to figure out how to open the back to insert my microsd card, but after that, there really wasn't much to it. It look video, but out of the box and audio was terrible.
Summary: It is not too bad, but I rate it 2 because it is not worth the money. Whenever you use it where there are sunlight/shadow spots (like in the woods in a sunny day) you only get white spots everywhere and images are the worst you can imagine.
Looked hopeful but inherent microphone fault let it down.

Summary: Looked hopeful but inherent microphone fault let it down, which is a shame as picture quality was fantastic. I found about the fault on Contours website so after updating firmware, whacking mic settings to max & still barely hear anything.
Summary: Seems like a really good camera! Have tested it out by going for a drive in my car with it stuck to the inside of the roof just behind the windscreen. The quality is a bit fuzzy/grainy and not what I consider true HD, however its very good really and you can read number plates etc. It's easy to use.
