Summary: I'm very disappointed that after a long 4 day trip and sightseeing at Jasper and Banff National Park 3/4 of my video that I thought was captured were NOT. After getting home I was excited to share our trip and scenery I thought I captured with this camera. Lo and behold, some very interesting sights and moments while riding our motorcycle were not there to download. What a sad story to experience a great trip but to remember almost nothing to show :( .

Summary: I bought this camera because it had good reviews and I liked the bluetooth feedback to watch the video live. The trouble is that the audio on these cameras is horrible and Contour knows it. They have a million technical answers for how you correct things, but not an answer for why the camera is crappy. So here goes, first off the mounting location for the external mic jack is poorly thought out.
Summary: the seller shipped on time and with no problem. The product itself was defective and I called talk to Contour to confirm my suspicions and they recommended that I was defective and should be returned and that's what I did. I don't think I will purchase the Contour+2 I will buy a lest expensive model.
Summary: First one I got, the internal mic did not work at all. Yes I updated the firmware, adjusted the settings, formatted sd card, ect. I returned it for another one and same thing with that. I decided to just use an external microphone this time and after about 2 weeks, the external mic stopped working for me. Yes I changed out the batteries, tried another external mic, ect. If it didnt have any microphone issues than it would be a really great camera.
Summary: Hi! I was very excited about this camera, having used the GoPro exclusively until now. However, I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the camera, the website support, the smartphone apps, and the PC software. I found the camera manual extremely short on important info, such as what I could and could not do while the camera was attached to my computer via the USB cable. There are no instructions anywhere (that I could find) for using the Connect app.
