Summary: Positives: It's great for the price -- outdoors, the pictures are terrific. Negatives: It needs additional lighting indoors to get a good picture. On my previous camcorder, the lens cap automatically closed when the camera turned off; on this one, you have to do that manually.
Summary: The video is great. I did not care for the way that you have to take pictures with it, having to press the screen to take a quick pic. Almost impossible to take good pics without a tripod. Also, battery takes about 5 hours to charge, and you get about 2 hours of video time! I returned mine.
