Excerpt: As a Canon person, I ordered this camera with high expectations that were short lived. The pros are the size and ease of use. The cons are a deal killer for me. The battery life is ridiculously short. There is no zoom (just a choice of 2 lens angles).
Pros: Easy to Use, Large Clear LCD
Cons: Limited Zoom, Poor Image Quality, Poor In Low Light, Poor Still Image, Very Short Battery Life
Excerpt: Good comcorder with a few sinple function. However, Touch Pad is fair but not as expected. Indeed, it moved while a start/stop of either taking photo, recording video or a turn on/off of power due to its design. This issue is a real problem of device that is designed as a toy.
Pros: 24 Fps Mode, Good in Low Light, Great Picture Quality
Cons: Power Switch, Slippery Body Cover, Taking Photo Button, Touch Pad
Fun to play with but fisheye is too extreme and battery life is terrible.

Summary: I wanted to like this so bad. At the end of the day, however, its more like a toy than anything and has terrible battery life. Look at the Sony DR-MV1. Pros: * Wide Angle lens is fun to play with, and good for capturing a whole room in a tight space.
Summary: heres the big problem and the reason im returning it: IT DOESNT HAVE ZOOM! Its a great idea. Looks beautiful, does a lot of fun stuff but I use zoom a lot. This camera doesn not have it so its useless to me. Whats more important:fisheye lens or zoom?!?! Its a bit shiny but that's not a deal breaker.
