Summary: Video has been my business for over twenty years. The HF10 provides picture quality that matches or surpassed that from the old gold standard Sony BetaCams. It's diminutive size makes it very versatile and the cost per picture quality can't be beat. These features made it the camera of choice when shooting Jason Stathan's "Crank". A Hollywood movie shot on a camcorder? Believe it!! It's that good.
Summary: Good camcorder and not expensive. I do not spare that bought. Thank you ebay. In a shop I such did not pull at. Клёвая камера и не дорого. Я не жалею что купил. Спасибо ebay-ю. В магазине я б такую не потянул.
Just a good all around camcorder that lacks the'joystick' for the LCD.

Summary: I bought my camcorder used and it needs a little cleaning. The les cover only shuts half way most of the time so I will have to be careful not to ruin the lens. Other than that it works well and captures motion without a hitch. The stabilizer feature is great. I film a lot of horses and it can get pretty shaky without that feature or a tri-pod. It didn't come with a manual or software so I am winging it until I get around to downloading or ordering one or both.
Summary: This camcorder is awesome. It's as complex to learn almost as much as my Canon DSLR but not too bad for a beginner. Small and compact, fits in the palm of my hand perfectly. Very light. Picture when played back on my 50" HDTV is as good as my FIOS HD channels if not better. The picture quality is stunning. I would highly recommend to those just getting started with HD video.
Summary: This is a great camera for the price, no doubt. Recording at 1080p HD all the time is wonderful if you have the software to edit it. It's got great features on the camera, and it's no bigger than a regular soda can. Very lightweight. I haven't dropped it yet, so I don't know how well it holds up from drops. A few quirks though. Manual Focus isn't the most powerful, so if you are wanting to buy a camera because of manual focus, you *may* want to look around.
Summary: I have a Sony DV with Hi8 tapes. It is a little bit dated. I bought Canon HF10 2 months ago. It is great. Image quality is amazing. Very easy to use. Build-in memory. You can always buy one memory card to double the memory size. It is very quiet when filming. DivX can play AVCHD files. Editing, you need the software with the camera or buy one.
