Summary: What is there to say? Canon lens, and image processing. I've had this for more than 2 years now and it's been very reliable. At the top bit rate, the images are clear, sharp. Granted, it's a little grainy in low light, but that's the tradeoff with digital.

Summary: Fantastic camera/video camera. Nothing will replace a great SLR, but for a dual purpose camera, this is fantastic. The video quality is great, the photos are very nice as well. My only issue is that night photos are pretty tough.

Summary: Camera has worked great since we bought it. Picture and sound are solid. Only complaint is I should have done more research. I bought this thinking I would be able to take the SD card out and put it in a computer/MAC to work with the video files.
