Summary: Could have been better. Not easy to transfer film from camera to PC. Loss of shots do occur. Generally agree with SKYTORT's review, but for family pictures the video quality is not bad, but not too good either. Low marks for poor light performance

Summary: I have the Canon VIXIA HF M31 and used an SD card to capture video. Everything was fine until I moved one of the clips to my mac from the SD card. Now the camcorder will not recognized the card.
Summary: I already have one of these, and I needed another for a two camera shoot. I have used these cameras for short films, vlogs, and for filming promo videos for companies in my area. As an up-and-coming videographer, I recommend this camera for someone who can't afford the big professional cameras.
Summary: 2 weeks in - So far so good. I have recorded at the beach and it brings a beautiful video out, but like many others have said the digital zoom is garbage... very unstable. Also I will note I do hear the noise as well of the stabilizer. Also videod fireworks for New years.
