Summary: I purchased this camera two years ago and have been extremely pleased with this camera. Being able to video in low light is very important to me. I never carry a light kit with me and have never needed it. It comes with so many different settings on the screen to help you get just the right shot.
Summary: The picture is really professional because of its CMOS sensor 1/3, Manual control is very useful being able to control iris, focus and zoom or combine between manual and auto. The menu is a bit complicated and difficult access to what you're looking for.
Summary: Use them often as b-roll cameras for professional events. Hands down the best pro-sumer camcorder on the market right now. Low light is excellent, imagine stabilization is second to none. You really can't go wrong with one of these HF G10s.
Summary: This camera is a stellar performer, blowing away my Sony cams with better image quality. Extremely versatile and reliable. I haven't had a single problem with it. I do promo video for local bands and this camera comes along for every shoot. If I could, I'd replace my Sony's with a few more of these.
Summary: This is a nice camera that is used often for taking HD video. The only problem I have with it is streaming live the HDMI out is not compatible with my BlackMagic firewire box, so I have to use standard def for live stream. The HD is recorded and uploaded later, and that looks good.
Summary: I purchased this a couple years ago for a long road trip and wanted something that had some key features. Having already been using a tape based HD video camera I wanted to move to one that was totally digital, had good battery life and would create crystal clear recordings that wouldn't look dated...
Summary: Like the camcorder, now tinkering with it and getting a hang of it, but the bad part now, after i charged it up the first time, the plug in d/c charger cord it came with stopped working, so right now i've a dead camcorder on my hands, i wish the merchant could replace the charger cord for me.
