Summary: I arrived in just a couple of days, Bonus! It came out of the box, and the adapter part was missing. I got in touch with the company via Amazon. In the meantime, I used an adjustable power cord and adapter set that I have for my own laptop to set up the computer for my husband so it would be ready to go for Father's day.
Summary: This all-in-one computer is perfect for the wireless (physical) desktop. The only "required wire" is the power cord. Windows-7 immediately recognized the wireless router used for the home network and everything worked "out of the box". By far, this was the easiest desktop to set up and configure. When my elderly father-in-law is more comfortable with a touch-screen environment, this will be an outstanding performer.
Summary: I Iove it. I didn't know what I was missing until The Toshiba. I tried other brands toshiba is new to me. Toshiba was a recommended option from my daughter who had a toshiba that died from use and abuse but college students. I am please I took her recommendation. We are a mature couple and the larger screen and clear and clean print and graphics is most helpful. We are behind the times and still need the full keyboard feature.
Summary: Pretty Impressed with my first All-In-One computer. Before this I had a Toshiba 18" laptop. It was too hot and heavy for a lap, so when my laptop finally died I wanted something that had SOME portability, with the screen size of a desk top. Windows 8.. I am still on a learning curve with that. I have read that MANY people complain they do not know how to shut the\is computer off......... Well it is pretty simple.
Summary: So far, this computer has met or exceeded my expectations. It arrived right on schedule. It was delivered right to my computer room. I like the size of the screen. My wife enjoys playing games on it.
