Summary: I bought this Sony VAIO All-in-One in June 2013. In regards to computer functions I had recent problems with Sony updates and Window 8.1 updates - the computer is now crashed. I have not been able to get the system to reboot at all even after buying the Sony Recovery Disks. The Sony recovery Disks are approximately $80.00. Also, of course I tried the Assist Button but the system is not reading one of the partitions so it no longer works.
Summary: Wow. Love it. Works great. Big screen for a senior citizen like me. No wires with cordless keyboard and mouse. Fast fast fast. Beautiful picture. Can't go wrong with a SONY. Under $1k is a deal.

Summary: Exceptional choice. Sony products are far and above Del and HP. They last, out perform the others, and are reliable. My HP's never make the first year and always a hassle to get warranty from them. Haven't even needed Sony warranty.
Summary: I spent several months with the computer before writing this review. It's hard to sort out the different elements. I upgraded from an eight year old DelI, so any new machine would be faster I got a much bigger screen. I changed from XP to Windows 8 and then 8.1. I did not like Windows 8 much, but 8.1 is okay if you book to the desktop. That made it okay for me, and there are some nice features in 8.1.
