Tech Service sucks. Screen converts to black and white, making it impossible to work
15 November 2014
Summary: I bought this computer because of it's portability and screen size. I am a bookkeeper and wanted a large screen so I could have access to two programs at once. I moved from Mac system to Windows 8. I like Windows 8, but I have had problems with my main accounting program from the start.
Summary: I love Sony and must say up until this point I have been very satisfied. I have owned Sony computers for over 10 years. I am an MBA Professor as well as a business owner and need to have my systems working all the time. I have used this no more than 20 times.
Summary: when I got this computer, the touch screen is not working. amazon claims which is rechecked and works properly. unfortunately, I have to send this computer to sony for fix, which took a 2 weeks. after all, it works good. I like this computer lots. plus, amazon costumer service is pretty good.
Summary: After several phone calls, emails and downloads I STILL have screen issues. I get these little circles popping up and causing windows to reshape and move the mouse. I have to reboot constantly. Sony support is worthless.
Summary: I am so sorry i got Sony Vaio, since I bought it had so many problems, had to spend 3 hours on phone with the technician, finally they accept something wrong with the hard ware after 4 months.
Summary: Purchased this product the end of December, it has never worked properly. Multiple issues, but the most significant is that it randomly installs updates, and the computer cannot be used while these updates are installing.
