Summary: I really wanted to start using Lenovo, but my concerns were confirmed. Let me first say that the seller was great about the whole experience. It's got to be tough selling a product that has consistently disappointed. The computer wouldn't boot and the bios couldn't be accessed. I'm sure this would have been a powerful machine if it had only worked. I don't know the reasons (hard disk, motherboard, etc?), but I'm sure it wasn't the sellers fault.
Summary: We've purchased four of these (although the first two were slightly different model, which did not have WiFi). They are used daily in our business and don't have any problem handling multiple applications. We are typically running our Sage ACT! (database software), Word or Excel, and QuickBooks, at the same time. It's not as fast as some of our full size desktop PCs...but the full size machines have 16 MB of RAM, while these Lenovo systems only have 4 Mb of RAM.
