Summary: I am using this device as a "Tivo" or dvr in my living room. I am currently using the version of windows 7 that comes on it, but I plan to also run Ubuntu and XMBC with mythtv. Pros: * Small form factor and well built, it has the 4" mounts to mount the device to the back of the TV (good work Lenovo) * Nice blue power LED. I prefer white, but better than green or red * Good hardware specs. I have the atom 1.8 processor * Really nice handheld keyboard.
Summary: I was having an issue when I hooked this up, choppy/delayed vid and stutterring audio so i just upgraded to v.260.89 of nvidia video driver and audio/video clipping issues are fixed. [...] Lenovo Q150 - 40814AU Early days yet but after driver upgrade I am watching CBC`s the national and sound is perfect. Got the little PC at Tiger Direct for round $400 with HDMI cable and plugged into 55" LG lcd led.

Summary: I've been using this in the living room for about 3 months now, and I love it. Half the time people wonder where exactly my "computer" is. Little do they know it's the small black box on top of my BluRay player. "Really? That's a computer? That looks like it's a receiver for your remote control." I have yet to test 1080p quality video, so I can't talk to that, but everything I've been using it for has been running spectacularly. I stream music to other devices.
Summary: I've had this since December. Overall I'm happy w/ the purchase. Plays video/audio flawlessly via HDMI 720P output. My config adds the following: -USB external HD (250 GB internal drive doesn't have that much if you're going to record media), I rip DVDs to the HD when I get them (to avoid finding/inserting/removing DVDs) so I expect the # of HDs to increase over time.
Summary: I purchased the Q150 with a singular purpose in mind - photographic presentations. I wanted a small PC to connect to a wall mounted LCD screen in my dining/living area. This unit has been in place now for two weeks and has worked perfectly. The small size and included monitor mounting bracket made mounting to the wall behind a curio cabinet a synch. The included mini-keyboard remote works fine for the limited functions I'm using the machine for.
Summary: Received it on Christmas Eve as promised and set up was a breeze. Set up was even easier because Lenovo ships this with no bloatware included :) so didn't waste a lot of time uninstalling unneeded programs. Free trial of McAfee is included but some folks might find that useful to get up and running. Wireless worked perfectly with Netgear router and haven't dropped signal since.
Summary: This HTPC is just missing two things. 1) the network card is ONLY 100MB network card. So far it handles HD movies ok, but I can't believe Lenovo didn't ramp it up to a 1GB network card. 2) Support for a remote control. If you want to use a Windows Media Center IR remote, you'll have to buy one and attached the IR receiver to a USB Port. Lenovo should have included an internap IR port to receive remote control commands.
Energy Saving But Streaming Video a Big Disappointment, Esp. Hulu

Summary: I purchased my unit at Frys on a post-Christmas sale. Price wasn't any better than Amazon's price as of this posting date. Runs Win 7 Home Premium with zippy Aero effects. Browsing is quick. The unit is incredibly compact, and although it has a fan you can barely hear it (unlike my noisy Zotac Zbox). It only has two USB ports on the back, which are filled, by me, with the keyboard and mouse cords. It comes with its own handheld keyboard (Blackberry sized?
