Summary: fantastic PC from Lenovo, I switch from Dell to this brand and totally happy with the performance for the last two years now. However, the Microsoft 8.1 upgrade had a few hiccups but here is the most crucial lesson: create a recovery flash stick to plug into your pc in case you get the blue screen of death or not able to find OS software warning. Save my goodness a few time. Looking forward to MS 10 os.
Summary: I bought this after an 8MG Dell just couldn't keep up with my having Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and internet open at the same time. I produce graphics and it is very important to me to keep multiple windows open at the same time. On the 8MG Dell, Photoshop (which I use via the Creative Cloud interface) would freeze due to lack of memory.
Summary: I enjoyed this PC very much. I decided to upgrade because my previous PC, which was three years old and made by HP, only had 4 GB of memory and only 2.75 GB were usable. Nowadays, the PC can be the center of all activities if one wants to. The lack of memory made the performance unbearably slow and prone to errors. So I specifically chose this model with the 12 GB of fast memory. So far I have not been disappointed. The performance indeed took a quantum leap.
Summary: I love the computer and can't wait to start adding to it as it is very expandable. As it is now it has handeled every game I have thrown at it with ease. It could use windows 7 instead of 8 but that is the only downside so far.
Summary: I bought this PC a few months ago. Booted it up and everything works great. It has 12GB RAM and everything is super fast. Even installed all my Sims expansion packs and no problems whatsoever.
