Summary: It has been working just fine so far. We have been using it for lots of things and is used regulary. The only thing to hate on it is Windows 8. Even after upgrading to 8.1, there is only one thing to say about it, it sucks. There will be a time I hope we can go back to Win 7 and use that.
Summary: I bought this PC for my son not knowing how jacked up Windows 8 was. It's no doubt the worst operating system ever. There's nothing intuitive about it and customer support is non-existent. If you're in the market for mainly email and internet use, do yourself a favor and check out the Chromebooks. I've got one and love it!
Summary: Nice beautiful picture, very small frame, easy to set up and maneuver, only thing that I don't like is the internet its hard to use with the arrow keys on the remote (takes a long time and hard to click on what you want) and you can't get on everything like the normal internet its more like mobile internet. But everything else works Great!
Summary: It has an attractive outlook and very sleek. However, I am still trying to figure out how to use it as there is no manual. When I first started using it, there seemed to be a problem with the DVD but looks as if this is not the case. But if you ask me if I will still buy it if I am given another chance, I wont as I live in BC Canada and if there is any problem, I would have to send it to Ontario for service.
Summary: Computer is fine and rock solid. I'd rate the hardware at five stars, at least for the price. This is a good piece of hardware for the price. It's a shame it comes with the abomination that is Windows 8. Of course it has the requisite shovelware that has come with every Windows computer since 1999. But that's not an issue, you can usually remove that stuff pretty easily. Windows 8 is the problem. I got it as a kids computer and wish I had just spent for an iMac.
