Summary: It's an excellent product. Holding two points because the built-in DVD player does not have official software to play it (only a trial to be used for a while), and it kept slipping tracks. The songs listed at the end never been played well. I tried different disks only to find the same problem.
Summary: the design and price are good. but I do not know if is windows or the Lenovo computer, I can hear the hard drive form the screen making weird noises, internet, specially YouTube, freezes a lot, I can not put the computer to sleep in automatic mode I tried several times..
Summary: Easy setup, intuitive touch screen. The Windows 8 OS is a a challenge to acclimate to, though. I am a mac person, and the proprietary Lenovo software is overkill a bit. I also wish McAfee Anti-Virus wouldn't continuously pop-up telling me that my subscription ran out. I may need to uninstall it.
Summary: Nice screen, fast to startup. Only one major problem, Windows 8 is terrible. This is the worst software I have ever used. I think there are software bugs in the apps, especially "people" app. I normally exit out of the app screen. The computer is very nice and quick.
Summary: The box we got was damaged on one side. It has odd tape on it and does not match what the box says it is. I believe this was a used/refurbished computer when we paid for a new one. What do we do? Apparently we can't return it since it works and is opened...... VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Summary: Unfortunately it developed a fault a couple of weeks after buying it. It was taking 3 or 4 minutes to start up, not very good for Windows 8. I was sorry I had to return it because it is a great machine.
Summary: It's ok but several of the features I thought were included are extra. At this price I was expecting an all singing all dancing marvel. Most of the apps are complex and react differently to their standard counterparts.
