Summary: My Lenovo is only 10 months old. Not only is it no longer under warranty but I can't find a Service Center close by. Have had computers for 28 years (IBM PC Jr was my 1st) and have never had so many problems.
Summary: Product arrived on sched 2 day prime shipping is great. packaging was good. after booting up found the screen would not work correctly at the default resolution and color depth (e.g artifacts all over the screen when doing anything with graphic content:pics video etc). reloaded drivers no change. called support and support tech did the same thing, no change but wasted an hr) now have to sched a tech to come out to the house some time 3+ work days from now.
