Need to see it first before buying

  • Summary: I can't comment on the technical quality as I could not get the machine to drive my display. Technical support is poor (not very technically knowledgable) and the documentation was very generic supporting multiple models leaving the user to guess which paragraphs applied to this machine. I would like to have had a better description of what was required for a complete setup (what cables were required for what types of displays) prior to purchase.

  • Summary: Its a beautiful looking PC and very easy to use, simply plug and play. At first I was massively impressed, however there is one big drawback. The PC is NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH TO PLAY ANY HD VIDEO FILES. It struggles with any kind of large file, which is a major disappointment given the fact that this is primarily an entertainment PC with excellent quality 64 bit resolution screen and connected to my flat screen TV.
