Summary: I've bought 8 of these so far for a non-profit institution for classroom use. We teach everything from basic computing to advances photo, video processing and cloud computing. These H530s PCs do a great job for us. The only problem we've had is one noisy fan which was promptly remedied. The quality and performance of these machines far exceeds the slimline PCs they replaced at about the same price.
Summary: I bought this computer to upgrade from a 2005 Windows XP system. The computer came before the estimated arrival, the shipping box was in pretty good shape. Inner box was undamaged. The computer, set up instructions, setup went just fine. There are a lot of programs on the system that I will never even look at, and in time I will remove those programs. 8.1 is proving not to be a problem.
Summary: I got this to replace my old HP. Was debating between all in one PC and a slim PC. Due to budget, I decided to go with the second one. Loved Lenovo design the first time I saw it. Then the next step was to look for specification and price. I almost settled for H520S, i3, 4GB RAM with windows 8, but when I was ready to purchase, the price went up. After a while and almost desperate, this H530s i5 came out.
Summary: This is a very good replacement for my older HP small-sized desktop at a very reasonable price. Functioned right out of the box, no special expertise needed. Windows 8 did take a little getting used to, but overall I'm very happy with my purchase.
So far so good - Windows 8.1 - needs some getting used to....

Summary: So far this desktop is doing exactly what I need it to do. Great price for what it is, the built in wifi and parental controls have proven to be a very pleasant surprise - they work great. Still working on learning 8.1 - so it might be a 5 star after I get around it. Wish I had an option of which OS system I wanted, though. Oh well....
