It set up easily, I took off the junk I didn't need ...

Summary: After hearing so many people complain about how difficult Win 8 operating systems are I was hesitant to order this. It set up easily, I took off the junk I didn't need (games, McAfee, and other unneeded software trials), Installed my software, transferred my files, and went to work. It was so easy. I don't get what people find difficult about Win 8. Only been using about 2 weeks, but working great so far.
Summary: The build quality is nice. It's fast and Windows 8 allows each member of our family to enjoy their own profile The sound is awesome for built in speakers. Having everything in one unit eliminates the clutter of cables.
Summary: I ordered this computer in a refurbished condition, and so far (after about a month), it is working great. I purchased this computer to do audio/video recording and editing work using the Adobe suite, and everything is running smoothly. The keyboard and mouse are very basic, but they work for my current needs. The stand it sits on is very sturdy and I've not once worried about it falling over.
Summary: After reading reviews on HP All-In-Ones and not liking what I was seeing, and not wanting to go the Dell route again, I decided to check out Amazon's consumer ratings on other All-In-One computers. That is where I came upon Lenovo (which I had never heard of) reviews which caught my attention. Lenovo apparently used to be IBM. I decided to take the plunge and bought the Lenovo C540 23-Inch All-In-One Desktop and so far am very pleased with it.
Summary: I got this computer for my return to college. It's very sleek and nice looking. Lots of memory and the touchscreen is so cool and fun. Worked perfect out of the box and I am happy I made this purchase.
Summary: All-in-ones are becoming more and more common, which is great. We use a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard with this (purchased separately), so the only cord that exists is the power cord for the screen/computer. This makes it easy to move all over the house whenever someone needs to work in a different location (like wanting to work at the kitchen table because someone else is using the office). Nice big screen size.
Summary: Was looking for a good solution for a home office desktop replacement and after browsing many online reviews decided that an all-in-one (the computer is in the display) was a good choice. The Lenovo C540 got good reviews for overall performance and good looks. Frankly it isn't often these days that what you get is better than what you read about it. So you can imagine my surprise that this machine exceeded my expectations and yet came at a reasonable price point.
