Obviously refurbished and not to the 'excellent quality' it boasted

Summary: Screen CONSTANTLY flashes on and off blacking out every time I type or move the mouse. There were approx 30 profiles STILL on the computer when I got it which included porn from a previous users account. Soooo- thanks for that. I cant return this thing bc #1- Im deployed in AF- its too heavy, and by the time the seller got it back they wouldnt refund my money.
Summary: We bought this for my husband's home office but it came shipped in the computer box with no extra padding and would not even stay fired up. What a disappointment! We contacted Amazon and they picked it up for free, of course, and refunded us pretty quickly so we decided to buy another one with more memory anyways. That one was perfect.
Summary: Have had a number of problems with this computer and while it is really nice...it keeps asking me to back up system. I have tried 4 times and and still asks me to back up system. The mouse freezes more than not, yes the batteries are new. No MS Office which I thought was standard on most computers these days. If I had to buy this comptuer again, I would not.
Summary: The computer has a lot of good features--but I have had trouble since I purchased it. I believe the windows seven that came already installed is defective. I am returning it. Additionally, the support is poor. All of the support is in India and every tech you talk to gives you a different solution in solving the same problem. I wouldn't purchase another HP product because of the support. Very disappointing!
Summary: I've had the Touchsmart 600/1350 now for exactly a year and a day. I know that because yesterday while I was (again) on the phone to tech support, I figured I had better go the safe way and extend my warranty another year. I had planned on downloading turbo tax to do my taxes this weekend but ended up REFORMATTING MY HARD DRIVE, and reinstalling all my docs and pix and programs. Thank Humans for cloud backup. I am on the phone to tech support almost every other week.
Might be HP, Might be Windows 7 - BUT IT'S TERRIBLE

Summary: While there's a lot to like in the design of this pc and it's configuration for the money, it is inherently unstable and crashes regularly - usually once a day and sometimes even more so. Sometimes it locks up while I'm working with Microsoft Office, sometimes with a browser, etc etc.
Summary: Like almost everything about this computer except that it seems to be freezing a lot (especially when my husband plays solitaire on it - something you would think is pretty basic for a computer to handle). Am trying to resolve this with updates but nothing has worked so far. Saw another person's review about this same problem and wish I'd read the review prior to buying!!!
Summary: I had high hopes for this product. Other reviews said that the HP touch software made this the touch screen to get over Sony. The product was easy to set up and I was up and running in no time. I started playing with the TouchSmart apps right away. It was a little sluggish but acceptable. The Hulu app kept telling me that there was an update. I would select update and the new hulu app would download and install. Next time I went into hulu the same thing happened..
Summary: Despite the Best Buy salesman's attempt to steer me away from this desktop, I bought it from Amazon anyway. All of the positive comments about this PC are true and I won' t dispute them. The issue I have is the amount of time spent on the phone to India to fix the same problems over and over. My last call was 1:08 and the shortest was probably about 45 mins. HP does fix every problem remotely and a human answers every customer service call which is a rare treat.
