Summary: This is an expensive touch smart all in one HP computer. It came with windows 7 with an upgrade to windows 8 available. Since Windows 8 is supposed to be for touch screens I ordered the Windows 8 disc and installed it. The computer would not work with Windows 8 installed and a technician could not fix it. I had to send it back to the factory where they re-installed Windows 7.
Summary: It's a starter computer but not bad for the price. Hooked it up and after running less than an hour got the blue screens of death! Had to rebuild the OS from scratch and all updates. Works fine now. Good luck it is an HP.
Summary: I purchased this as a back up to my desktop which I use daily. This unit was for the kids and other adults in the house. It functions just like a normal computer or you can use the touch features for anything or any program. It runs wirelessly on my network and the speed is great. It also provides for just one power cord and it is ready to run. I would advise anyone thinking about buying the next generation of computers to start with this model.
Summary: My parents live 1400 miles from me and I purchased this PC for their use. It is a great system with many very cool features. However, when in sleep mode the only way to wake-up the machine is a hard reboot - this is not something I want my 80-year old parents to experience daily when using their computer; not to mention the stress repeat crashing does to a machine.
