Summary: excellant product runs great, shipped fast and seller is very helpfull. would recommend for anyone who wants a top of the line computeer HP TouchSmart 300-1020 20-Inch Black Desktop PC (Windows 7 Home Premium)
Summary: My computing needs are not extensive-- internet explorer, itunes, & word processing comprise the vast majority of my computing activity. I am not someone who tricks up their computer in any way-- pretty basic stuff that this device can't seem to handle. It freezes up muliple times, daily. It won't run programs it should easily be able to run. Itunes is a nightmare on it-- is that apple's fault, hp's fault, microsoft's fault?
Summary: I purchased this computer in Feb. of 2011 and so far it has been an excellent computer, touchscreen works great even my grandson who is only 2 years has fun with it on Youtube, I replaced the wireless mouse because it was a little slow and the wireless keyboard because the keys were a little flimsy but all in all it has been very good. I like the no-wires format that leaves no clutter on the desk. The TV Tuner works good too, I use it instead of a tv in my computer room.
Summary: My Hp Touchsmart will be turning 3 years in November of 2011, and thus far I have had little problems. In fact, my biggest complaint of this purchase would be about the mouse included, it is horrible, I would suggest you buy your own. The computer is fast, reliable, and delivers a consistent user experience.
Summary: I sit here a year later-well, 14 months later. Why is that important? Because my hard drive turned to dust...two months outside of warranty. I lost work files, home movies, photos that I transferred to this computer from my old computer before reformatting the old one-I had this new futuristic HP that looked so pretty on my desk so of course I trusted it to hold on to my memories....but I digress..
Summary: For Christmas 2009 I bought my wife a Touchsmart 300-1025 and it has worked great. The screen has a vibrant picture, it has almost every option that the typical user would want, and includes the touch-screen interface. Everything works well. The only complaints: somewhat sluggish response speed on some HP touch applicationsand the absence of a blu-ray player/burner.
