Summary: Spent an entire day having things installed for use - went to use it and it crashed. Spent almost 2 hrs on the phone w/someone in another country trying to solve the problem. Solution - problem with the computer - had to be set back to default - all the time spent in installation was wasted!

Summary: Two things about this machine: 1) DO NOT purchase it if you plan to use the "Expansion Bay" for anything other than a second CD/DVD drive. The bezel is designed such that no other form of removable drive (i.e. SATA Cradle) will be accessible from the outside.
