Excerpt: Product will be fine. However, I originally ordered this computer on 02/21/2015 with an expected delivery date of 02/24/2015 at the very latest. It was suppose to be 2 day shipping. The courier attempted to make the delivery on 02/25/2015. Due to the fact I was not aware that the delivery would be on the 25th and I had not put out a drivers release. I had other things on my mind ( Mother in Law ) was in ICU and I was at the hospital.

Excerpt: In a time when everyone who can turn on a computer has a digital camera, every computer should come with a card reader. Kind of like buying a car that does not have a radio. As my last three computers had one it never dawned on me it would not have one. Had to go back out the next day to buy one. Also had way too much of HP and Microsoft programs to buy. I did not want an infomercial. I am still trying to get rid of all the extra unwanted baggage.
Excerpt: I am disappointed to find that while the Staples ezTech promised to transfer all of my data and pictures, I now have to go back and purchase all new software programs if I can't find my original software to re-install so that I can access my data. My last HP had most of the programs already installed, many included in Microsoft Office Suite. Also having a problem because Windows was configured to not allow download of drivers (!??!
Excerpt: description states plenty of Ram to hold your Pictures and Music....attention Staples Ram has nothing to do with holding your pic and music....Hard drives do this.....also it says it has 4 gb installed ram and you can upgrade to 8...next paragraph down it says it has 8 gb installed and you can upgrade to 16. I contacted Staples with no help from them. I suggest they get people who are Tec wise to write descriptions.
Excerpt: I am a little concerned that it keeps having weird issues that I have to go online to the answer que to get it back running again. So far everything has been correctable,my husband keeps insisting that it is the Norton Anti virus software and not the operating system of the computer that is causing the issues. I have only had the computer for a little over 3 weeks and it has locked up twice. I am much happier with getting back to windows 7 vs windows 8 which I hated.
