Summary: I'm a pc shop owner this unit is total garbage. Slow cheap laptop motherboard in a desktop case. Feather light no quality at all.Failures are going to happen. Do yourself a favor get a good repair shop to build a better unit for you.
Pros: Windows 8 can be reinstalled, the product key on almost all new computers is embedded to the bios. Restore media can be either downloaded or made when machine is received. Restoration to a new drive can be to a USB drive or DVD's
Summary: Pretty slow machine. I bought this thinking "I don't need anything fancy" So i went cheap. Turns out it has such a slow processor, basic tasks like facebook and games are very sluggish. You get what you pay for, this was the least expensive machine I could possibly find.
It may not be powerful but the whole package only cost about $400 and it came with an awesome monitor, good speakers

Summary: We have had this desktop since 2012 when we purchased it at Wal-Mart. Keep in mind that this is a bargain basement desktop. It only has 4gb of ram and 500gb of hard drive space. It also has an entry level processor and mother board, a dvd player/writer, and an external power supply.
Summary: Good entry level PC once you wipe off Win8 and install Win7 64-bit. Use it for web and email, Pluto.tv, NPR, Pandora. Also running VMware Player with a Windows Server 2008 (32bit) for a remote user. Gets the Job done. Added 2GB of extra RAM (6GB) and a old 10,000 RPM WD VelociRator HDD (80GB).
