Summary: I've always purchased Dell up until now, but decided to try an HP based on a deal. Long story short, the computer worked fine for 15 months, then the hard drive failed. I've never had a hard drive fail on me before, nor would I expect the drive to fail in such a short time. Too bad, well, I guess every manufacturer has its issues. Best of luck on your search.
Summary: Must admit was abit skeptical about purchasing this product but I have to say it was worth the buy. First time I ever have a HP product and so far so good the video, camera feature is pretty good however if your looking for the best of the best camera quality than you may want to spend over a thousand dollars for a pc with that specific quality you are looking for.
Summary: I do like this computer. I rated it lower than 5 stars because the computer that I received does not exactly match the product description that Amazon has attached to the product. I am not especially interested in computers or that knowledgeable about how they work, so bear with me. Nevertheless, I do know a wire when I see one, and, even though the instructions were for wireless devices, the keyboard and mouse are NOT wireless on the computer I received.
Summary: I am changing my review completely, even though this product is no longer in production. HP has pulled the plug on LightScribe, so I cannot upgrade to Windows 8 and still use it. Even though it is an Ultra-Low Voltage CPU, it still runs warm frequently. The cooling fan, which didn't work until I blasted it with compressed air, runs A LOT! Based on this AIO from HP, and the pathetic engineering that went into it, I will NEVER buy from HP again.
Summary: BEST PC I EVER had. It's been up & running for a week now, and was a snap to set-up. Too easy! I like the nice wide screen, no clunky tower to take up space, and Windows 7 is great. So what if it's a lot different from XP and takes a bit of getting used to? Once you take a bit of time to learn your way around Win7, you appreciate what a gem it is....it's FAST! Slick, too. I'm happy.
Summary: I purchased this computer for my kids ages 10 & 7. Their old computer had a very bad connection to the internet so they were constantly on my iMac. Now they have no need to use mine. Their computer is wonderful. It is fast and the built in wi-Fi works perfectly. I love Windows 7 and the parental controls which are included. The monitor is a little small in my opinion but they don't seem to mind it at all.
Summary: I've had the machine for almost one month now an all seems fine. It's running Windows 7 Premium which is the fastest Windows OS I think so far. I just love it because it takes up so much less space. This computer comes with all you need, Microsoft Office and several introductory programs for business. The monitor displays images very sharp, clear and with excellent color. Excellent value for All-In-One computers.
Summary: I've had the machine for almost two weeks now an all seems fine. This is my third computer since 1997. One thing I especially like is the fact that it isn't loaded up with a bunch of programs I will never use. It's running Windows 7 Premium which is the fastest Windows OS I think so far. 4GB of memory is amazing to me since my last computer only was 500 MB, and the one before that was 32 MB of memory.
Summary: So it came in today. Ok, so it's a bit glitchy. I dont know if it's just the one I bought or what, but there are these annoying lines that keep appearing across the screen. While i was setting it up, the computer re-started several times without prompting, and i had to unplug it twice to re-start because it became unresponsive.
