Summary: I received this computer in July 2013. Within one month, the video card and the motherboard had to be replaced. Afterwards, there was an error received when running the HP Support Assistant software. HP had no idea what the error meant and it is their software.

Summary: When we first started using this h8-1117c desktop it seemed to be fast and good. We soon developed problems with the numbers and letters sticking and running. Called tech service at HP four times about the problem. On the third call they had us reinstall the keyboard driver.
