Summary: I received this computer in July 2013. Within one month, the video card and the motherboard had to be replaced. Afterwards, there was an error received when running the HP Support Assistant software. HP had no idea what the error meant and it is their software. I traded phone messages with advanced support on the issue; it was not and still not resolved.
Summary: Works as expected. Did not come loaded with Windows 8 or 8.1- so we are very happy :) I bought this for a friend, and I suggest that everybody snag up any Windows 7 PC's that you can, while you can.
Summary: This year I purchased three of the 1360T computers. Two of them I had to send back to HP within the first two days. On both of the computer HP had to replace the main motherboard. Once they were repaired and upgraded with a new Graphic card and new additional memory you want find a better working machine.
Summary: Even though not all possibilities have been exhausted by user, it proved to be super fast thanks to the CPU and GPU. This is my first Windows desktop PC since Windows XP and it works fine. Got a lot of support from manufacturer.
Summary: I do like my new HP Pavilion HPE Computer but there are a few things I find annoying. Firstly access to the USB ports at the front of the computer is not easy. They are hidden behind a low wall at the top of the tower and they are facing backwards so it's a hit and miss efforts to locate and plug in those accessories. But maybe that's an age thing. Secondly, for such a powerful modern computer I wonder why HP would bother to include a plug-in mouse and keyboard?
Summary: I was very pleased to receive my new HP Windows 7 PC tower. It was easy to set up and get working. The software is easy to understand and performs as expected. I would recommend this item to anyone.
Good machine for just about any purpose, and at a fair price.

Summary: So far it's working great and it's fast. Setup took only a couple of minutes (not including the download/installation of program updates and drivers). My only complaint is lack of documentation. After a month I still haven't figured out which USB ports are 2.0 and which are 3.? (But does it really matter?
