Summary: I didn't know that windows 8.1 would be so difficult to use and I don't know how to set up a tool bar. I understand that I cant. Also I cant save websites in a favorites to go back to I have to type them in every time I go to them. So I guess I am just stuck for now. I am some what dissatisfied with it so far.
Summary: The wireless keyboard did not work and half of the touchscreen did not respond to touch. Have to send it back to HP for repairs. That could take a while. This is a refurbished model that it looks like someone forgot to refurbish!
Summary: I like the looks of the computer very much, delivery was delayed and did not meet stated delivery date. Setup for the computer was very confusing for a "computer illiterate". Top that off with apparent software and hard drive problems, an almost eight(8) hour phone call to HP Support Group (located in India), non-understandable accents, technicians and "supervisors" giving totally opposite diagnosis for the problems, final solution?
Summary: I can't write a review about the computer because I didn't receive what I ordered but a much cheaper model. The 2 star poor rating pertains to the seller. The computers obviously were switched at some point before I received it. The power adapter & cord, wi fi usb and set up instructions were missing. The keyboard was larger than its container. The seller did send the power cord & adapter but I had to buy a wireless keyboard & mouse in order to boot up the machine.
Summary: I returned my pavilion. Touchscreen works intermittently. Windows 8.1 difficult to navigate. Computer has a tendency to freeze. Computer blocks out certain wed sites such as Picasso 3 Slow to load apps. Not a great number of apps.
