Disappointed but what's new!, Staples

Excerpt: So this is not as good as it might seem and because of the touchscreen it is very difficult to navigate and its almost like it has a mind of its own and I am in no control. Would not recommend it and the 14 day return policy was expired or we would have returned it. 14 days?
Summary: I bought them for my daughters, one has been fine, the other has problems with the stand, it failed, the computer fell and broke the screen, which isn't covered by manufacturer or extended warranties. I'm trying to have it fixed.
Summary: I returned my pavilion. Touchscreen works intermittently. Windows 8.1 difficult to navigate. Computer has a tendency to freeze. Computer blocks out certain wed sites such as Picasso 3 Slow to load apps. Not a great number of apps.
Excerpt: Worked great for about 3 weeks, then on boot up it no longer recognized my operating system. Not sure if it is a BIOS or hard drive issue, or both. Called HP and they didn't even attempt to work through a solution, but told me to send it to their repair center (covered under warranty).
Pros: nice large touch screen, wireless keyboard and mouse
Cons: failed in 3 weeks, keyboard smaller than i'm used to
Summary: I can't write a review about the computer because I didn't receive what I ordered but a much cheaper model. The 2 star poor rating pertains to the seller. The computers obviously were switched at some point before I received it.
