Lousy machine for playing games

Summary: gamers beware - this is one lousy graphics computer, and it is not upgradeable. many of the more graphics demanding games, even older ones will NOT play on this machine. It is fine for streaming, browsing, or email but if you like to play games, look elsewhere. I would never by another product from HP. Cheap components, lousy graphics, and no upgrades. One more thing. Large touch screen monitors are not cat friendly, and if you get a fly in the house, pffft.
Summary: The reason being I ordered this computer from YouBizMart a 3rd party seller that falsely advertised this computer. They advertised they had 2 New one and 12 Refurbished ones available. I ordered a NEW one and paid a higher price. I got a refurbished one and when the seller was contacted they said it is new but was just taken back to the store where it was originally bought and HP went over it. The box it came in was indeed an HP box but had 2 REFURBISHED stickers on it.
Summary: Just like the other review, "Youbizmart" sold this computer as"NEW" and they sent a "REFURBISHED" one, saying they didn't have any new ones, yet they are still advertising "NEW" ones on Amazon. "FALSE ADVERTISING"!!! Cannot rate the product because I didn't get what I ordered!!
Summary: I was looking for a NEW computer when I clicked on the purchase button for this device. Unfortunately I was sent a refurbished computer! While unpacking the computer, I noticed the refurbished label on the side of the box, so I put it all back in the box and after a small delay (2 weeks), I was able to return the computer. The good news is that I was able to get my money back.
Summary: I brought a refur. one it looks brand to me It have a little scratches. The down fall to my computer is the update it won't configuration failed. I took it to 2 computer store they did the same thing that I've done that's restarted the computer the cost 100.00 each they had to disgost test too,but you can't configuration the window update to get 8.1. I had to paid 2 times for them to tell me its Microsoft ware.
Excerpt: Issues with HP Warranty (they had it registered months prior to my purchase and they refuse to change). BIG issues with the unit it self (how I found out about the warranty issue). First and last HP, going back to my DELL.
Cons: hp customer service, dvd player, noisey unit
Excerpt: I purchased this computer not knowing about the windows 8 changes. It was the worst purchase I have ever made. Windows 8 it the most user unfriendly program ever. I have ordered a Windows 7 program to put on this computer. I guess I better take care of it or become friendly with apple products because anything would be better than this windows 8 stuff.
Excerpt: I SWORE I would never buy another HP computer, but the price was great! it looked Great! It had the 6G memory I was looking for. I wanted Fast! I bought it On-line from OfficeMax.com. They shipped it super-fast. It arrived 2 days later & I was very excited. My birthday present. The look & graphics were awesome. That was where the "good" stopped. So SLOW! The web sites I went to would load & then none of the buttons would respond! I would re-start the computer.
Pros: Screen Size
Cons: Processing, slow & programs that don't respond when loaded
Summary: Just received and unboxed this today. It's a nice system. It's 1080p... but spread that out over a 23" screen and the pixels are actually relatively large. Only a problem if your face is too close to the screen - but don't expect a smartphone-like pixel density. It is nice and bright with vibrant colors though. Boot time is quick and the system runs quietly - quieter than my laptop in fact.
